Bead size: 3mm sterling silver and 5-6mm freshwater pearl.

This beautiful freshwater pearl ring is hand-threaded on high-quality jewellery elastic in the UK with a stretch fit that will sit comfortably around any finger.

Due to the nature of these pearls, each will vary in size, shape, texture and colour, meaning your ring will be unique to any other!

Your freshwater pearl ring will be beautifully presented in our signature TOMM Jewellery gift box, with the option to add a handwritten note at checkout.

If you’re anything like us, you won’t want to take your TOMM pieces off! However, as with all jewellery, they will require regular cleaning in order to prevent tarnishing. Here are our top tips for keeping your TOMM Jewellery always looking fresh and fabulous:

Keep your jewellery away from the following as much as possible: direct water or sunlight, excessive sweat, lotion, perfume, hairspray, antibacterial gels or any other harsh chemicals.
Avoid wearing your jewellery in the swimming pool and shower.
When not wearing your jewellery, please keep it safe in an airtight bag or container and out of direct sunlight.
We highly recommend using a silver polishing cloth to clean your jewellery. This will prevent and remove any tarnishing, helping to keep your TOMM Jewellery looking as good as new!
Over time, the elastic on your jewellery may stretch slightly. To avoid overstretching, we suggest rolling your jewellery when taking it on and off.
If you wish to have your jewellery restrung, we do offer a restring service for a small fee. For all enquiries, please get in touch with us at info@tommjewellery.com.

Warranty

Each TOMM Jewellery piece comes with a 6-month warranty, giving you peace of mind that should you come across any faults with your jewellery, we will repair or replace these for you free of charge. We will just require sufficient photographic evidence of the fault, along with your order number.

Please note, the warranty does not cover for lost or stolen items, cleaning or any accidental damage. For any accidental damage/breakage, please get in touch with us at info@tommjewellery.com where we can then assess whether it is repairable for a small fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Policy

TOMM Jewellery promise to refund items that you are not completely happy with, or exchange them for an alternate size, provided they are returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Earrings, jewellery making kits, custom pieces and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend sending this via a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be liable for any lost parcels. Please contact info@tommjewellery.com for further information on this.

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Only unworn products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded or exchanged.
Items can only be exchanged for a new size. We are unable to exchange any items for an alternative product.
Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 14 working days from when we have received your products. Please note, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to info@tommjewellery.com.
Missed the exchange window? No worries! Please email us at info@tommjewellery.com and we can arrange to resize your item for just a small fee.
