Shipping Policy

• All of our items are shipped by Royal Mail.
• We ship all items same day or next working day once order is placed. Delays are out of our control.
• Please ensure the address details you have provided are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered them incorrectly when ordering. 
• Please note our delivery working days are Monday- Friday.

Missed your delivery?

If you are not home to receive your parcel, a card should have been posted notifying you of your missed delivery, with a list of options for re-delivery or collection. Please note your local sorting office will only hold your parcel for a limited number of days and will be returned to us thereafter. 

International Orders & Import Fees*

No surprise import fees for EU & international customers

For customers outside the UK, we use the EAS Project to collect all applicable VAT and duties at checkout.

This means:

• All taxes are paid in advance
• Your order is delivered DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) 
• You will not be charged any additional import fees or customs charges on delivery
• The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no unexpected costs when your order arrives.
