Our Hand Drawn Heart Necklace has been designed to capture the beautiful sentiment of your unique love story between yourself and a loved one. Whether it's your partner, a family member or friend, we believe that no love story is the same and this is what's truly magical! Simply upload your heart drawing and we'll take care of the rest... This is your chance to really share your forever love in jewellery form!
Please upload an image of a heart, hand drawn by yourself or a loved one, that we can engrave onto a beautiful 925 sterling silver pendant. We recommend either taking a photo of a heart drawn on paper with a plain background, or you can draw a heart on the notes application on your phone/tablet and screenshot this.
Pendant size: 9mm
Chain length: choose between 16, 18 or 20 inches.
Chain type: curb chain or satellite.
All engravings will be centered to the pendant. Please ensure that the image uploaded is clear, however we will contact you via email if there are any issues.
Every order is beautifully presented in our signature TOMM Jewellery gift box, with the option to add a handwritten note at checkout.

All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones. These stones are natural and therefore from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish, making every piece unique from another.
In order to protect your jewellery, we recommend that your TOMM Jewellery piece should avoid contact with water, perfume, false tan, lotions, and other chemicals. Please handle with care and gently clean the silver with a polishing cloth regularly. For more help and advice on how to clean your jewellery, please see our Jewellery Care Guide.
TOMM Jewellery promise to refund items that you are not completely happy with, or exchange them for an alternate size, provided they are returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: Earrings, jewellery making kits, custom pieces and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each TOMM Jewellery piece comes with a 6-month warranty, giving you peace of mind that should you come across any faults with your jewellery, we will repair or replace these for you free of charge. We will just require sufficient photographic evidence of the fault, along with your order number.
Please note, the warranty does not cover for lost or stolen items, cleaning or any accidental damage. For any accidental damage/breakage, please get in touch with us at info@tommjewellery.com where we can then assess whether it is repairable for a small fee.
All of our jewellery comes presented in our beautiful signature pink TOMM Jewellery gift boxes. Choose to add a handwritten note at checkout for the ultimate final touch.
