All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones. These stones are natural and therefore from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish, making every piece unique from another.

In order to protect your jewellery, we recommend that your TOMM Jewellery piece should avoid contact with water, perfume, false tan, lotions, and other chemicals. Please handle with care and gently clean the silver with a polishing cloth regularly. For more help and advice on how to clean your jewellery, please see our Jewellery Care Guide. 

TOMM Jewellery promise to refund items that you are not completely happy with, or exchange them for an alternate size, provided they are returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Earrings, jewellery making kits, custom pieces and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each TOMM Jewellery piece comes with a 6-month warranty, giving you peace of mind that should you come across any faults with your jewellery, we will repair or replace these for you free of charge. We will just require sufficient photographic evidence of the fault, along with your order number.  

Please note, the warranty does not cover for lost or stolen items, cleaning or any accidental damage. For any accidental damage/breakage, please get in touch with us at where we can then assess whether it is repairable for a small fee.
