We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below:

We deduct all shipping cost incurred from your final refund if you have received free shipping (£3.99 UK, £9.95 INTERNATIONAL) Please look up currency equivalents.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom piece, earrings or discounted sale piece.
Any free item received (jewellery including packaging) must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned the original cost of the free piece will be deducted from the refund amount (packaging £3).

The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery (domestic and international).
We offer exchanges for ALL our customers if the size is wrong.
We do not cover any costs to return items.
We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in.
Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
Please email us at info@tommjewellery.com for the return address. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you.
For International Returns: When labelling the customs form please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any custom duties charged to TOMM Jewellery Limited will be subtracted from your refund amount, if this is not done.

TOMM Jewellery promise to refund items that you are not completely happy with, or exchange them for an alternate size, provided they are returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: Earrings, jewellery making kits, custom pieces and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend sending this via a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be liable for any lost parcels. Please contact info@tommjewellery.com for further information on this.
