Missed the exchange period? That's no problem! We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, and therefore will restring your bracelet to a new size so that it is the perfect fit!

All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones. These Stones are natural and therefore from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish, making every piece unique from another.

In order to protect your jewellery, we recommend that your TOMM Jewellery piece should avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, water, chlorine etc. Please handle with care and if required gently clean the Silver with a polishing cloth. TOMM Jewellery promises to refund you if you are not completely happy with your order, provided your jewellery is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Please note: personalised jewellery, including any hand stamped, initial pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. All Returns must be shipped in original packaging. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return, must be returned.

Any accidental damage or breakage can be repaired at a small charge. Faulty products will be repaired under your 6 month warranty – valid only with proof of purchase.
